Explain long legs mid spec etc

I am relatively new to these terms. Can someone explain what those terms mean. Long legs, mid spec, upper mid etc and the rest of those terms.

Long legs - effects last a long time.
Slow - more sedating, less energy.
Mid spec - middle of the road between sedation and energy.
Upper mid-spec - A little more energetic than mid-spec but not quite fast.
Fast - very energetic, little to no sedation.

To add to this, long legs can be for any strain/color, that's just a lucky batch ha-ha. In general (or at best guess) whites are fast, greens are mids, and reds are slow. Some people swear by whites for energy, and reds for pain relief. Ultimately, it's going to vary though, from person to person, from vendor to vendor, and from batch to batch.

It's crazy to me how some batches can have what feels like twice the legs as others, I thought I knew good kratom, but then I got some new vendors samples in this last weekend and it changed every thing I thought I knew lol. Usually I'll get like 3 hours duration but this new kind is like 5

I do not agree. These terms are coded for a reason. If you can't figure a way to find out quietly then this may not be the best route for your pain relief.

Just because I’m new to the terms does not mean that Kratom does not help with my pain. What you said just doesn’t make any sense but thanks for chiming in where it wasn’t needed

Odd post. This seems unnecessarily hostile, and that's coming from a guy who regularly rolls his eyes when people post a question that is easily answered through a single web search.

Hi guys, thanks for this convo......appreciate it very much. I used kratom to get off other drugs 5 years ago and now have a friend in need. Just ordered from a 2nd vendor (first didn't work) and have high hopes I can get my pal off his current chosen path.....he needs it !
