Is all Stem and Vein upper spec?
I have tried Benni, Fused and Lonestar,
They are all speedy to me and LSMS is potent af too. This is from a drop 1.5 yrs ago.
Is that a thing I don't know about?

That's wild. I wouldn't expect to get much of anything from S&V. Ironically I've tried Hirsuta from Benni's, Fused Flora, Mitra Man, Oties, and Denette, and 4 out of the 5 of those vendors products felt stronger than some their plain leaf.
Makes me question if I'm really taking Hirsuta, or if someone is deceiving me along the way from harvest to door. Hard to not question that what I am taking is not Kratom or Kratom infused.
However with S/V, I've never gotten any effects from it outside of using it for my intended purpose of tolerance reduction.

I still have a drop of Smiley white S&V from early 2020 that adds a notably “up” feeling to anything I add it to…..great with mid spec greens. I’ve tried a bunch of S&V over the years and none hit like that, but all of them are interesting on their own or blended.

From what I’ve read the stems and veins are referred to as bones by Kratom farmers. Sometimes the bones are added to differentiated red and green mixtures to make various strains of whites. I’ve experimented along these lines with my homegrown Kratom and it seems to hold true…

Aha.. so the 'bones' of the plant are added to mellow batches to speed them up and try to find a proper balance? This makes some sense. But why are the stems stronger (faster?) than the leaves. Less area to spread out the mit?BlueHulu3 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 02, 2022 2:17 am From what I’ve read the stems and veins are referred to as bones by Kratom farmers. If you've ever ground up crushed leaf and taken it, therin lies the difference. I went through a phase when i was doing that a couple of years ago.Loveandpeace wrote: ↑Sat Jul 02, 2022 9:52 amAha.. so rhe 'bones' of the plant are added to mellow batches to speed them up and try to find a proper balance? Its just a different set of alkaloids that you don't usually get from kratom. I've got some red S&V from somewhere or other but have yet to try it.
