i emailed him 4 days ago with no luck and yesterday i updated my order to a half kilo for whenever he gets around to it and he responded same day with invoice.. not sure if that had anything to do with it but maybe focusing on bigger orders first? idk just know it is EASILY worth the wait imo

I was going to attempt an order from SOSA but glad I went with MitraMan for a spilt kilo of 4 reds instead of this guy. I'm sure he has good kratom but not worth the hassle/headache of dealing with crap customer service, unanswered emails, and wondering if your order is even going to arrive.

idk man i have only ordered from him once and it was pretty bad customer service and i already put in another order for whenever he gets to it lol probably the best red i've ever had

did you have a sampler in your order? i didn't hear from him for a few days then sent another asking to change my order to double what it was and he responded the same day with invoice. not sure if that had anything to do with it tho. i'd keep trying

He's all good man. Just talked with him. To be honest its a sellers market with all these small batch vendors. Not a buyers market IMO. From what ive learned just over the last 6 months getting to know several of the top shelf small batch vendors is they truly don't need much more of a client base than they already have established for the past several years. Im def seeing this fact go straight over most of Double Ms heads. Not knocking you either Spooky. Just pointing out what ive learned through my own experiences and whats been shared with me for last several months.
Of course you got guys like Gumby who still don't need all these customers but they treat it like a super legit biz and offer phenomenal customer service. Others that IMO have equally good leaf as TFH but could care less about customer service to those who aren't their super loyal long term client base to begin with (which i am not)
Pretty sure Sosas doing just fine this entire time. unknown to the MM community
