Well apparently Okie Kratom has all the business they need because I have been waiting on an email response from them since yesterday regarding wanting further information on some of their strains. I expressed my desire to try them for my new vendor and my need to quickly make a decision as we are running low and still no response.. I will give Gary the credit that he did respond yesterday with the following "let me physically check my inventory and get back with you in the morning" which was awesome and I let him know that. The problem is he never got back with me so now I have put off ordering for another 24 hours waiting on information from him that I never received. I would have preferred for him to just tell me I'm too busy you need to look somewhere else.

Why dont you join his fb group and research the strains? That's what I do with every vendor. I search each strain in the group and make notes on what users say about them.

I can understand your frustration, but I can also say Gary is a really great guy and bends over backwards for his customers. I have been ordering a good bit from him only recently, as he has had some really great leaf. He was having the same problems as a lot of Vendors recently with Indo shipping issues. He also just now got some new Vendor leaf in, tested and up for sale in the last 2 days. So I know he has been swamped with his regular customers. I also know he had an accident that required an ER visit as well. He was indeed a bit late getting back to me with a question. He has a real Family life as well. Anyway, what I'm saying is the guy runs a pretty tight ship most of the time and is MUCH more accessible than many Vendors...is very open and honest and actually "talks" to his customers (yes, on his FB group). So do remember, you are ONE of MANY customers, all of which have been hounding him with questions (and actual orders) these last few days trying get some of this new batch of leaf. I'm sure he didn't ignore you on purpose, and he has been truly worried about his customers (lots of them were running low too) and trying like hell to get some stock in these last few days...for everyone...So maybe cut the guy some slack until you find out what happened...

So as the saying goes.... "open mouth insert foot!!" Gary did finally get back to me tonight at 9pm cst...so he's obviously working overtime. He expressed his apologies and offered to send me a small sample pack to see what I like. That's incredible customer service. Okie.….I stand corrected

I sent a special request for an order recently, and it did take some time for it to be processed, but he went above and beyond for me in the order, including chopping the price down and adding more samples. Can’t give this guy enough credit.

Thanks for posting that Cstrong, I am a Okie Naturals customer and, agree everything Labdog said .. Gary is getting swamped. Same with most "good" vendors these days.. I saw this & wanted to give an example of what's happening. Kratom has boomed in demand over the past year !! Here is another "good" vendor:

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS! - I see many top vendors, are saying UP front - it's gonna be around 1 WEEK before your order gets out, and... figure, they don't have time for Email. I know at least TWO top vendors, who've had to hire people to answer their emails!!!

I waited 8 days for okie and got someone else's order..but they are sending my order back out looks like im going to wait another 8 days! I really hope it works but if i find a strain i like i dont know if i. Willing to wait no matter what vendor i use its always 2 or 3 days i think im going to just stick with M.I really cant seem to find better price for quality BB was one i was excited about but didnt really care for what i got . I was wanting to try a different strain but its hard to see whats in stock .why dont they just list what they have? I cant be the only one that hates thier web site

The only problem with the site I've had was having to request desktop site when using mobile. Most of the time it does show the quantity remaining of said size when it's selected in green font I believe

Also I've read on forums, most likely here, that some things don't show up unless you're signed into your account
