Hey guys!
Reading through the federal KCPA and it states in (3) that a hearing will be held by the secretary of health regarding access to kratom leaf and kratom products. There will be a minimum of 30 days proceeding the hearing where there will be an open docket for the public to submit testimony/comment to be considered during the hearing.
If kratom has benefited you and you feel inspired to share your story, this is just one of many opportunities to do it! So this is a good step on paper, but who knows what the next step is. CDC/FDA has a bottomless fund pool, so it's important to keep your eyes on the NEXT step if possible. This one is hard to call, that's for sure, but I can only assume that this is a step toward THEIR end, not ours.
