Can't sign into Discord?

I can get on on my desktop but when I go on my laptop it says to claim the name but it's already taken? I can see the site and posts in the background but it's blocked by the message.

Everytime I go to Discord, I am using the link on Double M page.

My best guess would be to clear your browser cookies (if accessing it via browser), or if it’s the app itself, to uninstall and reinstall.

The link here is an invite link, not an actual link to the channel, which may explain the error message.
