The following rules and policies are subject to change, with or without notice to you, and at any time. Violation of any of the rules may result in your account being suspended, banned, or deleted. Please make sure you stay up to date on the rules, which can always be found on this page. Admins reserve the right to remove any post or comment on this board, without warning or notification to the poster, if we feel it violates any of the following policies. Rules 2, 7, and 8 do not apply to paid ads or other promotions.

By posting a listing or commenting on this board, you are explicitly agreeing to all rules and policies on this page. If you do not agree with these rules and policies, do not use this board. Rules and Policies of the Vendor Listing Board:

In order to keep things running smooth, we ask that vendors follow a few simple rules:

(1) Offsite sales only. All sales, ordering, and talk of shipping products must be done offsite. You may advertise here with a link to your own website/email where the sale will take place, but do not conduct sales or confirm orders using the PM system or on the forum itself.

(2) No advertising outside of this board. Do not post advertisements outside of this designated vendor board (unless it's a paid post or otherwise approved promotion such as a giveaway contest), although a forum signature with a link to your website is always fine.

(3) No payment method discussion. For your own protection and to help protect vendors, do not openly discuss payment methods as this is a public forum. Posts that discuss payment info will be edited or deleted.

(4) No PM spam. Do not spam/solicit forum members with unwanted ads via the Private Messaging system. Any vendor caught spamming via the PM system will have their PM access permanently revoked.

(5) Possible verification requirement. New or unrecognized vendors may be asked to undergo a verification process. This is done at the sole discretion of the admins and is meant to prevent scamming.

(6) Scammers will be blacklisted. Vendors who scam, spam, pay for reviews, create alt accounts for the purpose of leaving fake reviews, or otherwise engage in dishonest advertising will get their company permanently blacklisted and will have their account deleted. We have a zero tolerance policy for scammers and deceptive advertising.

(7) One new post or bump per 7 days. You may create a new post or bump your existing post once a week. Do not excessively bump your existing post to keep it at the top of the board. It’s okay if people are asking questions, but repeated bumping just for the sake of bumping without adding any information of value will result in a locked or deleted thread.

(8) Engage with your audience. Posting a thread and then disappearing without answering the questions and concerns of other posters within your thread will result in your post being locked or deleted. Only vendors who make an honest attempt to answer questions in a timely manner will be permitted to list here. Vendors who go more than 30 days without logging in after posting a listing may have their post removed.
