I sent a note to the NIDA asking if they do their own research on products ( I didn't let them know what product I was talking about) and they emailed me back and said that the FDA does all of the testing.
Interesting the FDA testing has different outcomes than everyone else, and I don't know if their fake 'computer model' research is considered for this.
This is what they sent back to me:'
"The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is the federal agency that researches the safety of medical devices, food, drugs, tobacco products, and cosmetics. Please reach out to them at https://www.fda.gov/AboutFDA/ContactFDA"

Re: NIDA and Research
What is the point of "reaching out" to the FDA ?? They are on record as being opposed to kratom... Any questions about the current legal & political fight with FDA and NIDA are best answered by the American Kratom Association https://www.americankratom.org/ click on "Read the latest Updates".Please reach out to them at
FDA approval for any new drug OR supplement, OR 100% natural organic herbal or botanical, is a complex process that involves a NDI ("New Dietary Ingredient") application. AKA has sponsored research and Dr. Jack Henningfield's 8-Factor Analysis, showing that kratom is safe to consume and about as addictive as caffeine.

Re: NIDA and Research
I wonder if the AKA would be interested to what they (the NIDA) are telling the general public about research?
