Hi All you leafeater double M fam,I m a long time Liza fan she's actually my #1 lol ok right there with TFH and some lucky dm ers are going to win the Anniversary contest this week, I decided I d only do her leaf in my rotation this week lol its easy for me to do this as you probably know she has over a hundred different choices and I think I may have over 90 of them, I love that Liza sources from several different places so I ve never worried about SSS although I still love variety so I'm slowly working my way thru Ballz List and have some of the best leaf on the planet from vendors here on doubleM anyways on to some recommendations.
First some Whites, her White tanjung is one of my favorites its got long legs and slow burning energy with great pain control no edginess just a nice warm glow same as her White Sumatra and Samiranda I think these three are perfect White full of energy if you like a little edginess you'll love her Super White and MD and her Big Bang.
Her Green s are Always Exceptional and a few of my Absolute favorites
Green Bota is my favorite for getting things done its got a Lotta everything I need from a Green Energy its definitely a faster Green my next favorite is
Green Nugroz its Moodlift is outta this world just thinking about it puts a smile on my face it has great energy as well but the moodlift you have to get this one trust me then we go to
Her PMD s my favorite s are in this order
3,2,5 all spectacular
Her Super Green Elephant is great all around with long leg s
Her Green Zombie in fact all her Zombie are quite powerful and I love to use the white Zombie as a mix you Can't go wrong with any of her Greens but these are my favorites
Yellow hulu and banjo are exactly what I think of for de-stress ing my day the nice comfy warm blanket feels then Yellow-Gold and White Gold its a but faster
as far as Reds today its Red Monster but her Red MD Jambu and House are strong hitters and chocolate are must haves and then my 2 must have blends and I swear if I had to only pick two blend s of as the only thing I have it has to be her Happy-go-lucky which always live s up to its name and Red Haired Step Child this is the one that helped me 4 yrs ago to take back control of my pain and be able to start living and loving life its also one I take at least 3 times a week day and night still its pain relief never let's me down.I ll stop now lol but Congratulations to the winners you see Lizas Leaf is truly the Best lol Sorry for the long post but Liza has so many and its hard to pick hope I helped a little.

In taking a look at Liza's I note there is an "enhanced" option - any idea what that means?

And if I'm reading all you recommend, does this seem like a good choice for my first time?

1) Red-Headed Step-Child
2) White Tanjung
3) Green Nugroz

Anything else you'd say is something that's a can't miss? Or to substitute for one of these? I always need at least a bit of pain relief no matter what I use, but I do like all the other effects.

I had the pleasure of briefly chatting with her yesterday - I messaged her through this forum with a simple question and she gave me her personal number and we kinda introduced each other. She is incredibly sweet and was busy running some Sunday errands. We’re going to try to speak again this afternoon and I can’t wait to see what she’s going to recommend from her vast array of tea! Your going to love those I can also recommend her red Thai MD and RED crow and Angel,and almost forgot Red Monster these are all heavy hitters on my pain,she does offer enhanced which is reg Leaf but added eggstract really I'm finding its more cost effective for me to just pick up some extract my favorite from Liza is her jade extract with diamond not far behind and replace a bit of leaf with that although I have tried her enhanced for me it works better to sprinkle a bit on top for bad pain days,Did I mention her Happy-go-lucky its a green white blend that always lives up to its name.I almost forgot Wild Green and Green Cambodian two that really help my pain and my mood lol there's so many of Lizas teas that I love endless really but I know your going to be happy with your choices.

I did see the Happy-Go-Lucky and thought I might add it as well.

As a rule Reds don't work well for me - for a while I thought they didn't work at all, but I bump up the dose considerably and find that does seem to work with at least most reds. Whites hit the hardest but I don't always want that (unless I'm playing tennis). My usual need is for a white in the morning for tennis, and then in the evening I use a yellow or perhaps a red so that I can sleep without too much pain.

Thanks for this topic, though - I might never have tried Lizas but now I think I'm going to at least see if any of these are worthwhile (even though I have FAR too much Kratom. I'm just not going to live long enough to use it all but at least I'll never run out :>).
