Kratom head pressure and good strain

I've posted about my head pressure problem on reddit before, but I thought I would mention it here.

So most kratom strains give me head pressure now. It feels like a balloon inflating inside my forehead. Some strains are so extreme that I can't use them cause it feels like my head will explode. It first manifested about 2 years into my four year daily kratom usage. It came and went. The super green strains were the ones that caused it the most. Reducing dose didn't seem to improve it. Even a very low dose of a super green would cause it.
I probably need to take a break and I've been reducing my dose a lot. It does seem to be improving very slowly. Last year I was at 20 gpd and now I'm at 8.5 gpd.

Either way, if you have this problem, I recommend Canopy Botanicals Green Asia. It's the only strain now that doesn't give me any pressure especially with high doses and still has a decent strength. It's not small batch strong, but it's above average. I can't recommend any of his others though; I found them very weak.

Your mileage might vary, but I once in a while have had a similar issue, and I found that a spoonful of sunflower lecithin, or eating a couple of eggs for their lecithin, took care of it. My thinking is that the choline in the lecithin, and/or the inositol, gave my brain the fuel it needed to ward off that feeling.

Have you ever checked your blood pressure during one of these episodes ? I know that some greens, especially the super greens will raise my blood pressure, sometimes way too high. Might be worth checking out

I've had such head feelings lately but it's always BEFORE I take my Kratom (then again, I have neck issues).

What I usually do is just take an Excedrin with my Kratom dose (just one) and it's a perfect blend. But perhaps taking an Excedrin after your dose would help you.
