Who has taken up a new activity, since they started Kratom
I started Kratom in 2016 after years of nearly debilitating depression. I'm now in my 60's and it has changed my life in so many ways. I took up nature hiking with my dog to help with my recovery from cancer and I just love it. I also volunteer at a homeless shelter once a week along with volunteering at the local animal shelter. So many animals there need some socialization in order to be adopted so I go there to walk and love on dogs. And I must say there is nothing better than going there to love on the cats and if there is a litter of kittens, forget about it, I'm walking on sunshine. I take care of my Mom who is in her 80's and has some health problems so I can't really have anymore pets. Along with the fact, I already have 5 cats and a dog. I don't dare try to foster animals because I would be a complete failure at that

Well, unlike alot of folks i don't take kratom for any reason other than it feels good and i like to relax with it after work and makes my weekends brighter. Dont take it for pain or depression, perhaps as a subtle counter for general anxiety. But generally for pleasure.
Im 53 and at 50 I started to think of my own mortality. I was overweight, unhealthy and a high functioning alcoholic. Not sustainable, decided to take deliberate steps to improve my health and wellbeing. Stopped drinking too much too often, got back into the gym to strength train, and committed to eating cleaner most of the time. Also practiced meditation to help relax before bed.
My friend mentioned kratom was helping him with back pain and encouraged me to try it. It took awhile but I bought some kratom from I believe kraken. It fit right in, was the right thing at the right time. It definitely became a preferred pet over alcohol, which made it easier to cut way back on the drinking.
Today I still drink occasionally, but far less often and never just because it’s Tuesday or some other stupid reason id create to drink lol. Im in good shape, strong minded and feel the best i have felt in years. Kratom is a big piece of my life puzzle, I use it respectfully and take care not to over rely. Grateful to have found/tried it.
