Kratom and anesthesia

Has anyone that takes kratom daily had to go under anesthesia for surgery and if so what was your experience? I’ve read kratom is a mild blood thinner too but not sure if that’s true? That wouldn’t be good either for surgery. Any advise? Or experience with this appreciated.
