Kava
Does kava make anyone else warm? It's like the perfect drink for cold and snowy days. I woke up to snow on the ground today and reached for herba reLeafs instant kava and I am no longer cold. I'm actually content with how I feel right now....and I hate the cold
It's so nice being able to make kava at home.

Re: Kava
I’ve never tried kava. I heard it has an alcohol type effect. Like a mild alcohol buzz and relaxation. Is this true?Pixiedust wrote: ↑Sat Mar 01, 2025 10:08 am Does kava make anyone else warm? Re: Kava
For me, it depends of my surroundings. If I'm around people or in a kava bar, I feel more sociable. If I'm making it at home, kava helps me relax. Both instances give me an overall good sense of well-being. My anxiety basically drops. Especially after a long day at work. I was awake for a longer time than usual yesterday and went to work afterwards. By the time I got home, I was exhausted but wasn't able to go to sleep right away. I ended up drinking some kava to calm my nerves and within a few hours, I was able to fall asleep. If I drink it during the day, it doesn't make me sleepy, it just calms me down.I’ve never tried kava. I heard it has an alcohol type effect. Like a mild alcohol buzz and relaxation. Is this true?
