First time Liza's order

Im new to the forum, but a long time lurker. This is a great community, and Im super excited to finally join. A big thank you to everyone who shares reviews, youve helped me to navigate the complex tea world for quite some time! Im hoping to lend that same hand to the next guy!

Im a regular Kats and BB buyer, as theyve treated me really well. Ive tried a few others, but always come back.

I just received my first Liza's order, containing 250g green nugrz, 125g red monster, 125g red nugroz and samples of green big bang, happy go lucky, white nugroz, and white zombie.

I wanted to share, already, that the service has been incredible. Liza made herself available to answer questions and share her insight on which strains i might try first. I appreciated her taking the time, making especially prompt responses.

The website was super easy for me to navigate, the ordering process was smooth, and the payment process went seamlessly. My big rave goes to the shipping time. I got my tracking info almost immediately after payment, and my products shipped same day. It just arrived, 3 days later, to Texas. Super cool.

Im hoping i can swing one of these greens, as they normally dont work for me, so i stick to blending a red and white. Im trying reg and white nugroz together first. Ill be updating this thread with my thoughts on each strain.

Ive read through the rules, and I feel confident Im following them in this post. Im sure ill get the hang of the etiquette with some time posting. Thanks for bearing with me until then!

Welcome! !you are in good hands with lizas,,,I have all the ones you got,,I blend reds with whites a lot too,,white Nugroz is also great alone,not a real fast white,,but I am in love with green nugroz, covers all ailments, ,happy go luck is great too for switching it up,,for me, it is best blended with a white if you need a tad more energy, or with a red or bali for tad bit more of pain relief, which reminds me, I need to order more red bali,,,hahaha! ENJOY!

Thanks for the welcome! And, yeah, Im quickly learning what a joy she is! We placed another order this morning, and she offered to send a few samples of some strains we were looking to try. Ok guys, so some review on the strains we got.

My better half, Sean, is a greens man. He is a die hard Kats Green Bali guy, and he doesnt blend and jump around like I do. He feel in LOVE with Happy Go Lucky blend from Liza. We only ordered a sample, but we snagged a half kilo of it this morning.

Sean reports for HappyGoLucky:

10/10 sense of well being (which he doesnt give points for easily)
7/10 energy and motivation
7/10 ease of anxiousness
6/10 pain relief

He is still working on Green Nugroz and Green Big Bang

I blended Red Monster 50/50 with White Nugroz and also 50/50 with BBs Wild White. Each of these were great. I need the red to balance the white and control my anxiety. It its a red thats much less sedating. Im loving it for daytime. It feels much more energetic than other reds. The White Nugroz seems to be a more relaxed white. I appreciate the very obvious mood boost and improved focus, without jitters

Im still figuring the red nugrozs and white zombie out.

I mentioned above that i cant do greens. Ive tried countless strains from multiple vendors, each giving me headaches and generally shitty feelings at varried doses.

Lizas Green Big Bang is my first sucess story! The onset was very quick, and at 2g, it felt super intense. It broke through my normal response to my red/white blends, and felt very new. I mix up my strains, but incorporating this green really was extremely refreshing. Im hooked!

Euphoria- 9/10, no joke
Energy- 7/10
Sense of well being (ease of anxiety)- 10/10. Not a care in the world, and an ability to tackle an extremely challenging day with confidence and empathy for others


This strain had legs for me. It lasted on that small dose, for 6 hrs. However, i did notice a sedation creep on as it faded away. I ended up dosing a red/white afterward, but had i not i likely could have napped.

Already ordered more!

I bought a few ounces of blends and an ounce of extract from Lizas as well as a 4-way split kg from Herbal RVA and before i even tried the exact my tolerance seemed to skyrocket and now even if i take 8 grams with 2 grams of extract i dont feel anything. I constantly switch strains and colors and always buy from different vendors. I guess its just time for a week long tolerance break

I would say taper down I just took a 3 day break and was hell

I started today and I'm going to try a week. My normal dose was 7 grams in the morning and then 7 grams at night and then i placed a few orders with different vendors and once i did that my tolerance decided to show its butt out of nowhere. Oh well. At least ill be stocked up once the tolerance lowers.

I ordered from Liza's first time also in January, I chose the Happy Go Lucky and the White Batak, even though I don't usually do whites, but they speed things up mixed with reds.
She was superfast sending out the order in less than 24 hours. The order was nicely packed and I got a sample of White Dragon as a bonus which was really good.
The Happy Go Lucky works for me, it lifts my mood and makes me focus on my work, which is why I take the stuff in the first place.
The White Batak is good mixed with other reds. I really try to mix things up a lot.
I have to say though that after 2.5 years of almost daily use I don't get the same benefits anymore. I know I need a break, but there are some life stresses that I just cannot deal with otherwise, (construction noise is one) so I try to dial it down. I take 2 gm 3 times a day. Sometimes four times.

I will try other flavors from Liza's for sure.

Hi there, expecting 2nd order from Liza soon. I also agree she is wonderful and the shipment time certainly surprised me as it’s very quick.

First tried the Happy Go Lucky. Ironically I don’t find that it lifted my mood too much but it does help for pain, which is my primary ailment. Happy about that!

I’m very new to kratom; am I understanding correctly that a red would work even better for pain? I think it was mentioned earlier in the thread.

What’s the general consensus for best strain for pain management? Thanks guys
