I wanted to give a shoutout to Herbaldom since they provided great customer service.
I've tried several different veins from them over the past several months - this time I ordered 250g's each of green horn and a green blend with express shipping. Unfortunately, the USPS packaging was punctured and the green horn was damaged in the process.
I sent them pics of the packaging and a description of what had occurred. They were extremely understanding and helpful, didn't distrust what I was saying, and shipped me a new green horn (as well as some free goodies) right away.
It wasn't a huge order, but they treated me great and I am extremely thankful for that. A+ customer service and the product is also great! I will definitely be back.
