Benadril?
So, benedril,,helps you sleep better than kratom? ?my body chemistry must be changing, kratom is not helping me get to sleep lately, use to be a chocolate, or heavy red helped,,anyhoot I seen on another thread that benedril is helpful, how do you take it? Like a hour before going to bed?? Kratom relaxes me,,but it's been crazy lately and it's been hard to shut off my mind at night, I think when I do get to sleep, the kratom helps me from waking up every 2 hours,,it's getting there that seems difficult,

Re: Benadril?
Oh man, Benedril knocks me out bad and makes me feel drugged the next morning. It does work tho. I haven't had it for a long time so don't remember how much it takes. I think it was whatever the recommended dose was.
My very best sleep aid is half a Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine), a muscle relaxer.

Re: Benadril?
Kratom does not make me drowsy at all. Even heavy reds. Benadryl works great for me. 50mg 2 hours before sleep. For some reason, it takes 2 hours to kick in for me, but this will vary by individual. Also you’ll build up a tolerance to it and it will become entirely ineffective for sleep so don’t do it every night.

Re: Benadril?
I’ve read that it has this effect on a small percentage of people. Overall though, it causes drowsiness in a vast majority of people. Once your body adjusts to it over time, however, the drowsiness aspect tends to go away. So if using for sleep, make sure you don’t do it every night.Oletimer wrote:I always thought it would perk me up,,but I haven't took one in ages, thanks guys!
