Interesting trip report on erowid about blue lotus, I just got some 20to1 extact and will sample tonight. I've heard this stuff can aid lucid Dreaming and sleep

I didnt know about lucid dreams, sometimes i put it in hot water cup to mix it.. Is putting in hot water called heating>? why is it bad?

You can add the petals to wine,and let steep for a month. I brew it in crushed leaf when I want extra relaxation and helps me to sleep.

Read the report it said heat degrades it but I don't know if that's accurate

I got this blue lotus resin stuff from a head shop once and smoked it, but it didn't really seem to do much. Those were the days before I discovered real drugs.
