Mixing/Dosing
Hey guys, just wanted to share some useful information on how I mix & measure.
If you go to "Dollar Tree" store, you will find they sell "Cooking Concepts White Plastic Measuring Cup & Spoons Set"
https://www.dollartree.com/Cooking-Conc ... /index.pro
This set contains many different sizes and I was able to measure how many grams of kratom fits in some of them with my "Diamond Scale"
The useful sizes that I measured (from smaller to larger) are:
1/4 TSP (1.2ml) contains 0.5 grams of Kraitom
1/2 TSP (2.5ml) contains 1 grams of Kratom
1 TSP (5ml) contains 2.2 grams of Kratom
1 TBS (15ml) contains 6 grams of Kratom
So what you do is fill the spoon with desired amount of kratom, then using flat object or your finger shave the top off evenly back into the container.
You can then fill cup with water (or milk) half way, then dump the kratom from spoon into the cup and then use Milk Frother (mixer), just make sure you lower the mixer all the way down below the liquid before you push its "on" button, mix it for about 10 seconds, this way it will mix kratom with liquid nicely (if you switch it on before lowering it below liquid, it will generate a kratom-cloud).
You can get Milk Frother (hand held mixer that uses AA batteries) on amazon for about 10 bucks, its very useful.
There are 5 reasons I use Kratom
- Depression
- Blood pressure
- Diabetes
- Weight management
- To improve mood in general
I usually take 1 to 2 gram dose and try not to exceed 6 grams per day.
There is one side-effect from using Kratom that I noticed which is constipation, but it can be remedied by taking 500 to 750mg magnesium tablets (sold at rite-aid).
