Samplers from recommended vendors?

Ok, I've spent an hour now looking through vendors for samplers. Either the vendor is "temporarily closed" or the samplers are $200, or 90% of the strains are out of stock. This is frustrating. I just want a 3 oz pack to try this out.

Can anyone recommend a vendor they've had good luck with that has a reasonable assortment for a reasonable price? Why is it hard to find this?

Here's a TIP -- use the monthly Vendor List. It's pinned under the General folder. Scroll down under Codes, and look for Code "S" for Samples. Now, notice a few have a plus sign ( S+ ) those are preferred Sample Packs.. vendors who were verified to have a reasonable priced offering. Of course every vendor is different but that's a starting point.

Generally speaking - Vendors don't wanna do sample packs. It's a real hassle to package little ounce bags, when their main business is selling kilos and bulk orders. Vendors can't stay in business selling $10 samples. It's ONLY there so hopefully, you'll turn around and buy more

A Standard is set by SoCal Herbal Remedies and their SAMPLE9 deal (code at checkout) where U pick 9 ounces Mix and Match for $30. Another good cheaper option is Gothic - last I checked has a great deal on a Sample Pack.. Canopy is also solid and reliable. Of course... this is kratom and everything changes month to month. While we are not on the Vendors with samples list, Seven Breezes Botanicals offers a 6 and 12 pack of samples. You get 30 grams of each strain, for a total kratom weight of either 180 grams for $25 shipped or 360 grams for $35 shipped. You choose which strains you'd like to choose, the only thing we ask is to not double to double up on strains. They are not added to the store, we are having some serious problems with the host right now and are looking into finding a new host. You can use the comment box via the website to contact us and then we will reply via email to iron out details, if one were interested in something.

Just got back from SoCal's Secret Group on Facebook, they are doing a re-stock - quote "White Hulu .. along with Red Bali 1, Super Red and Super Green Borneo, and Green Zareena. White Horn should be up later this week"

Already seen 1 guy today post on MeWe about buying 10 Kilos of the famous RB1 that's supposedly stronger than DG and all... Last re-stock of RB1 they sold 200 kilos within 3 days so... might be good time to grab nine ounces remember SAMPLE9 code. Good kratom goes fast. Looks like this at Checkout:

Oh I went through the vendor list pretty heavily. Most of them were either "out of stock" or "temporarily closed" or non-responsive. I went with Gothic because of the recommendation here, but they have not responded to my inquiries about order confirmation, and my product is now listed as "out of stock" on the web. Stupid me for already sending payment. Hopefully those guys get back to me.

So far, really bad luck. Azrael, I'll ping you.

Edit: Heard back from Gothic, mistake was on my end. Sounds like they were a little backed up, but they helped to resolve. Really happy with their response and customer service so far.

I see Red Bali on the site but no 1. Is this the same? I wasn't impressed with Red Bali 2 when I tried so only interested in the number 1.

YES. Sorry that wasn't clear .. SoCal Herbal Remedies Red Bali is referred to by customers as #1 or RB1.. because they've also sold a different one that is clearly labeled #2! Here's the LINK - scroll down. Again this is a new batch.

Red Bali UPDATE: As of today August 9, Justin of SoCal reports on their FB Group "We’ve been doing 80 quarters at a time and they only last a matter of hours. It’s crazy!!" -- Note he refers to quarters - SoCal only lists for sale, what has been bagged. When the website says Sold Out - keep checking every few hours. This is THE hottest strain in kratom.... right now.

Just FYI...I can tell you the CURRENT Batch of Red Bali (8-1-18) is NOT the famed Red Bali 1...If you are looking for something special with this one you will be sorely disappointed...Was hoping with the time of year it might be pretty good...It's NOT. Was just checking them out, as I had not been on SoCals site in a good long time and noticed they were re-selling KWK Kava...at a VERY attractive price...well, you get what you pay for with Kava I suppose...very disappointed with that too So while I was getting the Kava (such as it is), I saw they had just put up some New Red Bali. I grabbed some hoping for the glory of previous Red Bali 1 everyone was talking about...What a waste of time (and money)...So, the old "Buyer Beware" adage, rings true again...You can't believe everything ya hear. POOP!

EDIT:Want apologize for "bitching"...was a long day at work...It's all part of the game and I know better...BUT...to give credit about the KAVA...I guess it had been so long sine I used KAVA, my reverse tolerance was back in play...Tried it again and it's just fine...Good even (so SoCal has some GOOD DEALS on KWK KAVA if you ever want to try it)...Now so far, have not had a change of heart on the Red Bali (Yet)...But I am not giving up...I'll try it again in a few days and it may be just fine...Like the KAVA. Anyway, wanted to come back and say this...made me feel better. And to let everyone know this kind of stuff happens ALL THE TIME...IT'S a PLANT for goodness sakes
