Nano kratom?

Post by Benjamin-West712 »

Looking to try this out, any one got any recommendations of vendors who have nano?

I’d really appreciate it.

benni botanicals has it too. It's actually becoming quite common. The whole things a shtick though if you ask me. I can't tell the difference when I take it between when I don't, maybe that's just me.

Speaking from personal experience I have found that nano does change the way the Kratom feels. It's very subtle but if you're in tune to your body and really listen to it you can tell the difference. Don't get me wrong it doesn't feel like a whole another "substance" or anything it's just slightly different is all. Kind of hard to describe.

I've been seeing more places offer "nano ground" and I'm interested I guess....Does it mix with water/orange juice better ? I mean most of what I've gotten is pretty finely ground already, and it only takes maybe 3-4 minutes to 'soak' in or whatever, to the point of where I can then mix it up with a spoon and not be getting clumps <---- that being the main goal ha-ha.

So, I have yet to try Nano grind of anything, but, from what I've read, its just kratom that is ground to a finer powder. That said, there should be absolutely no difference, except, because of the finer grind, effects should hit you faster. Your perception of the quality upon intake is bumped up a notch - mediocre seems good, and good seems great.

Pulverize any pill with mortar and pestle, prescription, or even a Tylenol, and consume the pulverized powder. The same pill will feel stronger hit you faster, as a powder. The finer a water soluble powder is ground, the faster that powder dissolves and is absorbed. Same thing with Kratom and your body...

Have any crushed leaf? If so, weigh out two equal measures. grind up one measure in coffee grinder, pulverize, powder it as fine as you can. One day burn the crushed leaf next day burn the powder. this should prove the point.

IMHO, Nano is just a faster more efficient delivery system because of the grind... and hype.

And also and easier way to hide or mask any impurities like dirt, pieces of metal etc - ground up too fine to see or filter! And reading Balz's posts as to what he has found and seeing the TFH videos... Nano makes me a little wary

So, because nano ground kratom has more surface area then ? It stands to reason that it would maybe hit you faster, since it's already broken down more and could be more quickly and easily digested I guess. Not sure if that helps with tea though, for folks who strain it.

Nope, for tea its worse. better try do loose leaf or crushed leaf. Oe the biggest grind on the market. Nano i think would work better if you have liver problems? since its smaller in size in theory i would think it would work for kidneys/liver better. Also like someone pointed out its harder to spot if something was added to it. So i can see how some people will avoid and some people would like it.

Exactly! And although I have not tried Nano grind yet, I agree with Brave, about K tea, powdered coffee doesn't make better coffee either, ... :? ...

Now that you have me thinking about that....There is an amazing local Coffee roaster, since 1935, Now the son runs it, roasting beans daily...Usually mail order only, but locals walk in to buy...anyway.... if you ask for the beans to be ground he'll ask, "what grind?" I don't remember how many grinds he rattles off, most people stay "HUH?" when he asks, then he asks, " What do you use to brew? Caraffe, French press. Specific brand., paper filter metal filter....? on and on, people usually stop him when he hits what they own, or are overwhelmed :o I know from talking to him and then trying, different grinds that is a huge part to final flavor and caffeine from the same beans....

... Coffee, Kratom are the. ....Oh no! Back to experimenting with AreoPress ;)

Yeah, I dunno, I'm not paying extra for nano grinding ha-ha. I've tried making kratom tea a few times, and it didn't seem any different from mixing it with orange juice. Maybe I'm just not perceiving the subtleties, but the difference seems minor (if there even was one) overall and I'm perfectly content with kratom working as well as it does (also, I like orange juice more than warm kratom flavored water ha-ha). To each their own, and whatever works eh. :)

I don't believe any of the Kratom vendors are charging extra for "nano" grind.... If they do definitely shop somewhere else. It's just a different way of preparation that is arguably meaningless. it'd be like asking extra for fermented leaf or asking extra for string dried leaf or something of the sort. I have no problem with vendors who choose to market their Kratom as nano grind but personally to me it makes no difference. Either the leaf is good or not.

That was / is my belief, should hit harder and faster due to surface area, etc. However, Texas Family Harvest found no noticeable increase in speed, strength when surveying some customers. Shocker, yeah? So the difference is subtle as to not be a gamechanger.

I was thinking about it some more, and nano ground kratom might (or might not, it would have to be tried and then weighed to actually know for sure either way) pack into capsules better. The thinking is that you might be able to pack more into a capsule, and thusly need to take fewer of them, if that is a concern or benefit to anyone. Personally I rarely use capsules since they take too long to kick in, and I'd havta take about 7-8 of them for my usual 5 gram dose, but for those that do.
