Kratom use increases opiate tolerance?

Hi, I've been taking kratom daily for about a year now. I recently had health complications that led to me being prescribed prescription pain killers, which I have not had in years. I have a naturally high tolerance to pills but it seems this time around that it is like taking nothing, even if I double my dose. I assume this is from my kratom use but does anyone have any more information? If I come off the kratom for a few days do you think I will be able to feel the pills? I am in a lot of pain and the kratom is not cutting it like it usually does.

Kratom contains opioid antagonists, they may be blocking the pills...
