Stem and Vein Kratom

I keep seeing stem and vein kratom on different forums.

What is stem and vein used for? Is it worth getting?

I am super new to this forum (and Kratom) and am trying to reply more, also a life challenge too. Anyway, I am understanding that it can be used as tool to lower your overall dosage to Kratom. By mixing S/V with your regular Kratom, you are using less actual Kratom per dose and supplementing with an imperceptible 'weaker' experience. Ok, even I got lost there.

Pot analogy: its like smoking sense/shake/mexi/shwag...whatever less than good weed is called these days, in order to make that one upcoming hit of super good weed exceptional.

Someone please help...so many others on here with an awesome understanding and a sweetness to boot.

It's for resets mainly.

Kratom OG every now and then has an excellent Malaysian stem and bone that can be used to lower your tolerance by only using the stem and bone to keep you from feeling crappy from abstaining from kratom use and it can also be used mixed with regular leaf powder to give it much longer legs. I really enjoyed mixing the stem and bone with my leaf and honestly feel that it gave it a unique profile

Bennibotanicals.com also has S/V, along with Hirsuta and Javanica. These are all used for similar reasons regarding tolerance. I have yet to experiment to deeply. Although, I bought 25g of Hirsuta last month, capped some in a pill and spent 2 days just with that. I think it kept withdraw at bay and gave a slight opiate effect. Pretty subtle but sometimes that is all that matters. It possesses different alkaloids that act as analogues to Mitragynine. Also, in the places that have banned Kratom, this is used in place of.

Smiley Time usually stocks three different stem and veins: a white, red and "pure". I really like the white. Although I keep my overall kratom intake fairly low (my typical dose is 2-2.3g these days, 2-3x per day), I go down a little further every couple of weeks by mixing 0.5 - 1g of kratom with 1g of s&v for at least one of those daily doses (usually in the afternoon) along with bringing my 2g doses down to 1.7 or so (and I definitely still energy and nice effects at that dosage). If I do that for even just a couple of days, it's kinda like a mini-tolerance reset.....my receptors seem to get "freshened up" a bit and any full doses that I return to hit harder and are more enjoyable. And like Corde32 mentions, the white s&v does give whatever kratom I mix it with an interesting and different feel to it; I like it.
