I might have to re-vist Maca Powder, it of course has some Male strength, testosterone boosting properties... As a aphrodisiac its weaker than, lets say, Horny Goat Weed, or certainly the African tree bark Yohimbe (which contains alkaloids very similar to Kratom!), however the extract Yohimbine HCL is not to be messed with! may cause racing heart, anxiety, high blood pressure, etc. So I avoid that one, a Maca supplement may be just the ticket.

I keep a bottle of Flaxseed Oil in my fridge, most definitely.. Add to the daily protein shake. . Awhile back I switched to "Carlson Elite" brand of Norwegian Fish Oil, more expensive but man... that's one of the BEST things you can do, for your body. More Omega 3's !! has freakin' 1600 mg Omega 3's per serving.

I noticed Maca Powder can cause racing heart too and when blood pressure is up, anxiety and other issues can occur. The one i posted, recommended 2 grams not more but just to be sure, i suppose you could start 1 gram and see how it re-acts with your body. Like i don't have any issue with Bloop Pressure right now but when i was sick and i tried a little, it sky rocketed my blood pressure so i would definitely avoid it if someone is sick. Now the Maca root is not weak. Its just not an instant magic, its extremely mild and subtle. Most times you have to give 24 hours since you last taken or give it 12 hours at least to notice the effects. Like i take Macca because i think its a perfect combo with my 2 gram kratom for work. I can notice difference 100% with and with out Maca. It sure does punch that extra stamina. I am sure there is way stronger stuff out their but i dont know how i would act while at work with other stuff, i am more into subtle mild stuff like kratom or maca root. I tried horny goat weed before and had no effects, maybe it was weak i dont know. Thanks for posting African Tree Bark Yohime, i ll have to take a look at it, never tried it. I might take some before going out on a date to get my heart racing. Lol . Some reason i tried fish oil before but it seems like its very weak or does nothing for me, i am def give another try with Norwegion Fish oil,. Thanks for posting what works. I am all about what actually works, instead all these fancy names on the market that do nothing.

I used to get this Maca root and Tonkat Ali pill from dollar tree lmao. But then I got paranoid ingesting things from Dollar Tree. I've wanted to invest in a new product with those ingredients but never got around to it.

I've been looking at The Maca Team to reup on my maca. have you tried this one? if so I'd be curious how they compare. I've been impressed with everything I've seen about this company tho. they provide testing/COAs too.

I dont know how it works on women. I did read up a little their side of experience. Some women take it in the morning and at night when they go out, gives that sexy vibe. It never works right away, its a creeper build up. If you take it everyday, for 3 days, you will notice for sure and know what i mean. Bam, almsot like getting ran over by a train... lOLL just kidding nothing like that. I dont think you will feel anything at all at 1 gram. Nada. Sometimes if you had sex, you might start feeling it on a 3rd day. But bluntly put, it comes down to when you had fun last time. If its been a week then it might hit you same day. Its very mild and subtle, like kratom but in a different way. Only way to understand it is to use it. You cant really explain feeling of kratom unless a person experiences them, themselfs.

I did try them when healthranger was completely out. After some time and use, my opinion on it changed. I noticed feeling bloaty often, and in mouth it often feels like cotton candy that doesnt melt, weird feeling, sometimes i wonder about that vendor , such good descriptions with 3 different types but shity results. From health ranger i never had that bloaty feeling, its taste nutty and good. You can add it to smoothies or put few grams in your mouth and chase it with water just like kratom. I still have bags from macateam but i dont think i will use them anymore since i got the good stuff. I might just give them away. Macateam seems like it does not increase libido and if it does very very little. Anyone else got any experience with them?

Also if you buy from maca team i would not but tons, get as little as possible because you might not like it.

I got the gelatinized blend, and it tastes great! Like a slightly sweet nutty oat flavor. 1-3 teaspoons in the morning is suggested, but there is no official dosage and the company says it's food, not a supplement.

Honestly i never went over 2 grams. I just understand that its a creeper for me and thats plenty. 4 grams might be different result like the one you said. I prefer to have synergistic stamina with kratom with 2 grams. If i feel it i know its working. Also greens kratom some can crash you easy if over taken. Just keep that in mind. Also i noticed heart racing and works faster so 4 grams might be an over kill since i feel it from 2 grams. But hey if its working for you and you like the results, more power to you.

Been taking maca root powder for almost a week. The one I got is from themacateam.com; it's a mix of the three colors and the starch is cooked out of it to avoid digestive problems.

While it hasn't affected my libido per se, it's increased my virility by leaps and bounds.

I've been taking Maca every morning with my kratom dose for about three weeks now. 3- 4 grams seems to work best for me. The bag I got says 6g is the serving size. I just mix it right in with 3g of kratom in a glass of water. . I got some from both of the companies discussed here and I think they are both pretty good. I've been alternating and haven't noticed much of a difference. But I got some of the premium from the Maca Team and it does have a kick . I usually only take it in the morning but I just took a supplemental dose because I have stuff to do this afternoon .

It does synergize nicely with kratom . Sometimes fast whites and greens can geek me out a little at work - like, I am trying to work fast and get things done but really I am doing too many things at once and getting distracted and not focusing on being efficient. . knocking things over. Not being mindful . It feels like the Maca has a sustained energy that helps to even things out. I've lowered my kratom dose over the last three weeks too and I think the Maca has helped lengthen the time between doses.

No anxiety , no racing heart and it's not causing me to crash in the afternoons, that must have been the Diet Coke. blechh ! I don't know how people drink that stuff. I think it does increase libido, but not in an unmanageable way like some stimulants, ( SIHKAL. lol )

I just read an article this morning that talks about this! About potential liver damage from supplements, no less, which I stumbled upon when trying to see if there were any trustworthy supplements out there FOR liver health. Go figure. "In 1994, there were an estimated 4000 supplements available in the United States. Currently, there are more than 80,000" - that was published in 2016 so I'm sure there are even more now. I wonder what led to such a boom in supplement production.

I've never tried Maca but it's always been one of those herbs I've been interested in. Having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, it seems like Maca is worth a shot. That is great it is making you feel younger. Do you take it daily? Would you say it also increases your energy levels besides the virility aspect? I've been prescribed adderall (for chronic fatigue) for years and trying to get off of it but having chronic fatigue is just soul-crushing so it's been hard to stop taking the adderall.

What is the site you buy from that you mentioned is perhaps easier on the stomach because it's lightly cooked? Just want to make sure I buy from the right place.

Lol, thats what maca will do to you! Or your mind will go crazy if you dont do something about it. I remember i use to take maca and kratom when i worked at amazon and many girls were trying to hit on me but kratom made me not care much about them. Also best advice to lower kratom use before going out or dont take any kratom if you know you guys will fuck. There was times i was mad at my self when i hear they are very sore and very tired and ready for sleep, then promise they will make it up later. Wont even have strength to change sheets and your forced to sleep on them. Yeah you dont want to be in that situation, feels bad. Unless you dont mind a little water.

I, for sure, will be getting Maca very soon, as this energy is exactly what I am looking for and need (the multiple confirmations from members here is better and more trustworthy for me than reviews on amazon or other websites)

Where did you buy your Maca root from, KalieGirl? I have some in a cart from The MacaTeam which was suggested in this thread. Also, how do you take it, like do you just mix it in water and drink it like you would with kratom powder? I'm sure if I can handle drinking kratom I can handle the taste of Maca... But I am really excited to give this herb a try

For energy, I've also had some success with Rhodiola rosea stacked with alpha-gpc, tyrosine and Co-Q10 and L-theanine. Using a combo of these herbs/supplements I've been able to cut down adderall using by 1/3 and somedays only need 10mg adderall (prescribed 60mg for chronic fatigue/auto-immune disease)

Mike I purchased it from the link here in this thread. I just measured out 2gm on the scale and then mixed in a small glass of water and tossed it back like a shot LOL. It tastes a little sweet at first but then the after taste isn’t pleasant but not all that bad. You could easily mask in orange juice or something similar.

Awesome thanks so much for letting me know (and to the other posters for past responses and info as well). After 6 years of kratom I'm not even bothered by it's taste, so Maca seems like it will be easy compared to kratom

I done 4 grams and 6 grams before just to see how how it makes me feel at higher dose. I think i will be sticking with 2 grams my self. I think i know what you mean almost to much. It sure is potent. I might look into your other energy supplement recommendations however I am taking soooooo many vitamin/mineral/herbal supplements right now due to my post-covid recovery protocol. I’m taking like 20 pills a day LOL. Maybe once I am able to back off of these I will check those out.

As someone who has struggled with chronic fatigue for years it was quite a different feel to have all that extra energy. I have to be careful because some of my favorite leaf is also stimulating so I will experiment to find the best balance. Very glad to have Maca in my back pocket and I doubt that I would have ever tried it without your recommendation. Thanks!

Was toss n washing it, but it's yummy and now I just mix with a little liquid and stir stir stir, it's clumpy. If I were eating fruit, some of that and yogurt would make a bomb smoothie.

I had my cousin come to visit and her boyfriend and her tried many times to get pregnant but nothing works, i gave them maca root and told them to try that. Hope it works for them. Any Lady's here who had trouble getting pregnant in the past? Any organic product advice is much appreciated, i will forward the message if anyone got something good.
