Can anyone recommend strong CBD products for stress/anxiety relief
Does anyone here use CBD products for intense relaxation, stress and anxiety relief? I mean very strong effects, stop a panic attack level of relief.

I don’t know about stopping a panic attack strong but Zero Point Extractions has some wonderful CBD. They have isolate and distillate, powder or liquid. Very strong in my experience

Rick Simpson is the one you always want to aim for if you focusing on health. Anything that says Indica is relaxing and very calming, anything says sativa is uplifting.. If you pick hybrid it is a mix of both. Follow recommended dose, if you have to much you can actually get a panic attack if you are already sick. Make sure to start slow and it works wonders, i had one sativa and one indica from this company before. They work very well, not to say before you use, buy tons of organic food to stuff you self because YOU WILL GET VERY VERY HUNGRY. I did half teaspoon oil and hold it under the tongue for 5 min for fast absorption then chase it with water or OJ. On indica on best to do it at night since it will make you sleepy, if got grounding mat, those two i can only assume would help with panics but i dont know.
What is Rick simpson or why people seek out Rick Simpson oil?

I honestly think everyone should always have some in their medical supply section. Or even any high quality CBD.

Depends how much oil you use. I found that its fairly strong if you hit the sweet spot, if taken less you will still feel it. I wouldn't mix CBD and kratom thought but if need to , red kratom. CBD could increase heart rate but fast kratom can increase it even more.

How much strong, like comparable to a burn from a dose of red kratom?brave777 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 5:51 pm Depends how much oil you use. Re: Can anyone recommend strong CBD products for stress/anxiety relief
Me personally, i do half teaspoonof oil to start with and i feel great, for you i dont know if it will be just perfect or if it will be to much. You could start low and build up to see where the sweet spot is. also its not like kratom in any way, i think full peak can affect me in 2 or 3 hours. Depends when you eat last.If its to much you will know it by feeling a little anxiety and irregular heart beats, if that happens i just get some water and walk it off. Next dose i do less until i have none of that anxiety and i hot sweet spot. I think reason people not feel CBD is because they dosing to low, even thought it still working but not as effective. Or another reason you got scammed with beautiful labels and instructions. Kratom of course effect wise will be stronger but i mean you could compare it to a decent red kratom. Indica's on the other hand will for sure will make you want to sleep and relax, so timing is everything. Sativa you could chill out or even go out, it wont make you sleepy. Well for me it didnt make me sleepy. No one knows their body better then your self and if its something new, to be safe always start low, maybe 1/3rd of a teaspoon? I can only speak for my self here.IndelibleDotInk wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 6:09 pmHow much strong, like comparable to a burn from a dose of red kratom?brave777 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 5:51 pm Depends how much oil you use. Another tip if want to use CBD with kratom, always make sure you use tested batches, something that you tested at least 20 times and you know that it has no weird edge to it. You know exactly how you will feel from a batch that way if something is different in body you know its CBD. Anther tip, is to half the dose of your favorite stuff, but first time its better not to take any kratom so you know how CBD feels like. Few times i slept 20 hours, woke up for the bathroom , eat food or half an hour and back to sleep. So be carefull if you have grounding mat, i noticed if you dont set alarm up, i had no dreams at all and slept very very sweet spining back and fort. I can only assume my grounding mat is keeping me 0.0 volts and that why it feels so good and you dont want to leave it alone. I never had that before where i enjoyed sleeping. When you wake up you feel super duper refreshed. I also think reason why slept a lot is i had air conditioning running. Cold air blowing on me it always makes my sleep better so if can make it below 70f, maybe set it on 68f. I cant compare it to anything else, not a big CBD user but one thing i know rick simpson one is most better prepared for health.

We've used both full spectrum CBD in droplet & vape form. It works pretty good. Very mild & relaxing...IndelibleDotInk wrote: ↑Mon Jul 05, 2021 9:21 pm Does anyone here use CBD products for intense relaxation, stress and anxiety relief? Now, if you want to go up to the strong stuff that would be a Delta-8 variant. We have some strong 1800mg/30ml (60mg/ml). We take half (.25ml) of the recommended 1/2 ml dose. The first time we did the full 1/2 ml and it lasted too long. We bought the Delta-8 without the full spectrum added cbd (since we already have some). It's made by Hemp Farm Rx in Tempe, AZ.
I hear that Delta-8 can cause positives on a drug screen, if that will be a problem. It's federally legal (maybe not in all states). It's a cannabinoid derived from hemp-based CBD.
The first time it felt similar to a pot high but much milder (and I don't like THC highs anymore). Now we just use a small amount before sleep.
I would start off on a half the dose or less your first time.
If you can't handle that then get some strong full-spectrum CBD in dropper form so that you can titrate your therapeutic dose.
Good luck

I just wrote you a post but just wanting to add something. I have anxiety disorder and I usually just use some good micronized Kava for anxiety. It can work wonders when a panic attack happens.

Honestly, it tastes awful and mouth numbing no matter what unless you add something to it and slam it FAST. I toss & wash mitra but have to admit Kava taste worse.

Some kavas have a milder taste. Sometimes thinking of the taste of kava makes me mildly nauseaus, sometimes it doesn't bother me. Lotta peeps now using flavored coffee creamers to mask the taste - I've tried it and it works fairly well, sweet, creamy.PeteSteel wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 10:15 pmHonestly, it tastes awful and mouth numbing no matter what unless you add something to it and slam it FAST. Re: Can anyone recommend strong CBD products for stress/anxiety relief
I can't say whether it will stop a panic attack, since nothing has ever been able to stop mine but time and breathing and lots of water, but Alliant Hemp's CBD hits me like a red if I take enough of it. They're also relatively affordable and post lab results on their website. The strength I use is 50mg CBD per ml (full dropper) so I'll have 2-3 full droppers (2-3ml, 100-150mg CBD), hold under the tongue for a minute or two, down it and have a cookie or something... and it does a great job of chilling me out.
It might not be the ideal solution for super intense panic on a daily basis though because you can build up tolerance with it. Some folks say that you should be taking CBD every day so your body gets used to it, kind of like how if you start an antidepressant it'll take a couple weeks to really "kick in" properly, but for me personally if I'm taking even just 1ml a day (50mg), when time comes that I need a bigger dose I don't feel it as dramatically as I would if I hadn't taken any of it. Maybe that goes without saying given how familiar we all are with kratom tolerance issues, but CBD also probably metabolizes differently so it might not need to be approached the same way...? I'm not clear on the science of it.
FWIW I believe a lot of CBD products have the potential to give a positive drug test, even if they state <0.3% THC. It's very unlikely, and has not happened to me yet but whenever someone says "CBD stuff is totally safe and won't trip a drug screening", someone will appear from the ether to tell how it happened to them.

RSO is not anything special, objectively speaking. It's actually a kind of dirty and basic extraction method. I've had Apical's RSO before and it's not any better than other full spectrum products IMO.brave777 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 9:07 am https://apicalgreens.com/product/rso-cb ... tic-blend/

For cost effectiveness full spectrum tincture, I would get CBD distillate from Zero Point Extractions and make a tincture with MCT oil.

Calming, but takes 20min to hit and def need a few droppers, each 1ml is 200mg cbd. Alliant brand. Effects don't last very long.
Thanks for the recommendation Sanbutsushin, this is a good place to start!

Re: Can anyone recommend strong CBD products for stress/anxiety relief
Gonna post what I do in case anybody is trying to save money.
CBD isolate from Zero Point Extractions is 1/g
CBD distillate is 2.50/g
Buy a measured tincture bottle and a big bottle of MCT oil. Mix CBD (and other cannabinoids if you want) with MCT oil on some kind of heated surface. A double boiler works well. Candle warmer is good too. Hot plate if you have it. Just a bowl of hot water works in a pinch. You can also use high proof ethanol like Everclear if you want to avoid using heat, and it will just mix in at room temp.
I've spent a lot of time looking up CBD vendors online and this is what I settled on. ZPE makes all the products themselves, which is how they have such low prices. Alliant and most other hemp vendors are middlemen and I try to avoid buying my hemp products from middlemen with so many good growers/labs here in the US.

... so 1mL was mildly relaxing... I tried 3mL, and got pretty heavily stoned, lol. The THC content must be pretty high, though it's not listed, just a warning saying you might not pass a drug test. Alliant offers a similar CBD product with THC, so I had assumed the THC here would be minimal. I'll stick with 1mL.

If I remember correctly, the FDA requires that CBD products have less than .3% THC (but any amount of THC is enough to trip a drug test in theory).IndelibleDotInk wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 6:50 pm ... so 1mL was mildly relaxing... Specifically 0.3% Delta-9 THC is the federal limit. Some states have a higher limit and they're looking at implementing a 1% D9 THC limit like most of the international hemp community does. It's a more realistic number for growers.Sanbutsushin wrote: ↑Sat Jul 24, 2021 12:04 pmIf I remember correctly, the FDA requires that CBD products have less than .3% THC (but any amount of THC is enough to trip a drug test in theory).IndelibleDotInk wrote: ↑Fri Jul 23, 2021 6:50 pm ... so 1mL was mildly relaxing... This is how stuff like delta-8 THC or high THCA hemp are legal.

Even 1mL produces stoniness, much to my dismay.
Emailed Alliant and asked if they could send me the 24000mg CBD with no thc. I had thought I ordered it. Also the plastic part of the rubber squeeze top broke as soon as I opened it, so hopefully they'll refund me/swap out products. Made a mess of my minifridge.

Just seems over-priced to me. Places like that use the Amazon business model of reselling and good customer service. But I have never been treated wrongly buying directly from labs like ZPE or K&A.
Alliant is also kind of sketchy and so is the lab they test with. They claim ISO accreditation, but like, that's not a thing you can get accredited for. Always a big red flag for me when I'm shopping for hemp products. I have never actually seen a so-called lab have the balls to claim ISO certs themselves so this is definitely a first.
https://www.iso.org/certification.html
The Alliant website itself is literally just a free Shopify theme. I used to be a web developer until this last year and am experienced with Shopify. I'm browsing through it now and this dude was trying to make a website on the cheap. I bet if you look up his business registration on the relevant state website, you will find his business is registered to his house or a VM like a UPS store or something. That's usually the pattern with those types of sites.
I recommend joining some CBD communities and following what vendors they use.

I actually recommended Alliant specifically because members of two CBD communities recommended them to me and I was/am really happy with what I got. If they're reselling stuff from another supplier or are claiming false creds I would definitely want to know so I can cut out the middleman and order directly from the source, but I'm really not sure how to go about finding that information. As far as websites go though I really can't judge them for having a 'cheap' website considering some of the vendors I order kratom from don't even have websites lol.

One thing I haven’t seen mentioned is CBN. It’s a very calming and sedating cannibinoid. I’ve made D8 gummy bears with added CBD and CBN that turned out extremely potent. Most places that sell CBD also sell CBN. Those two cannibinoiids make a wonderful tincture.

By 'cheap' I just mean the website is basically a clone. It's very very close to the base template. Nothing wrong with using Shopify or other plugins. obviously. But it's really lazy when you just add the bare minimum to the template.Sanbutsushin wrote: ↑Wed Sep 01, 2021 10:30 am I actually recommended Alliant specifically because members of two CBD communities recommended them to me and I was/am really happy with what I got.
The ISO accreditation lie is unforgivable IMO. That is a blatant lie to customers in an effort to appear more credible. Even if it were an existing and valid accreditation, it's still kind of a tacky thing to put on your website and goes back to the whole 'cheaply made' thing I mentioned.
I get that you and others may have bought good products from them before, and I'm not telling you who to buy from, but I personally don't see any reason to buy from companies like this over companies like say, Zero Point Extractions.
I bring them up specifically because their site is also pretty damn close to a Shopify template. I recognize it instantly. They kept it very, very basic, even more so than Alliant. BUT they are a lab which actually manufactures the product they sell. They're accredited according to Oregon law (they have to be) though they don't flaunt it on their site with a tacky badge. Their prices are about as low as it gets for CBD isolate unless you are buying in considerable bulk.

CBN puts me right out. I have a delta8 mix with about 10% CBN and its perfect for night time. Better than Ambien if you want to sleep.MycatTimmy wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 3:51 pm One thing I haven’t seen mentioned is CBN. It’s a very calming and sedating cannibinoid. I’ve made D8 gummy bears with added CBD and CBN that turned out extremely potent. Most places that sell CBD also sell CBN. Those two cannibinoiids make a wonderful tincture.

I hear ya. I'll give Zero Point a go when my current bottle of oil from Alliant runs out; as much as I like the product I'd rather not support a company claiming fake accreditation. Glad I posted about it here though otherwise I'd probably never have knownStringThing wrote: ↑Fri Sep 10, 2021 5:15 pmBy 'cheap' I just mean the website is basically a clone. If you haven’t tried it, the original formula (50mg/ml) from Charlotte’s Web is worth trying.
Quality product (full spectrum help extract) albeit a bit pricey.
They have sales/it isn’t rare to find 20-40% off which helps make it a bit more affordable.

I had very strong effects from Lazarus Naturals full spectrum CBD tincture a couple years ago. I took too much and had to leave work.

I've been buying their CBD, CBD, and CBN for a while now. It's all good stuff! They're very highly recommended in the online hemp communities. Making your own tincture is super easy too if you want to go that route.IndelibleDotInk wrote: ↑Thu Nov 11, 2021 7:05 amYup, thanks String, Zero Point looks like a good place with the right price.Sanbutsushin wrote: ↑Sat Sep 11, 2021 10:06 am I hear ya. Lazarus Naturals is good too. Their assistance program really helped my friend's mom out. Worth looking into if you're low income or disabled or something.
