Please watch the link above. The W.H.O. is looking to make kratom illegal worldwide and millions of us will lose what helped save our lives. We have to stand together on this once more and share our stories of how it has saved our lives. The positive things that it has done for us. The miracles of getting off opiates. Millions of us would be dead or in pain if it hadn't have been for this wonderful plant that took our dependency off of the evil doings of Big Pharma. A lot of us would live in pain. It has been a safe alternative to pain management without the dangers of opiates. I believe it it a human right. They are once again trying to trample on that right so that big pharmacy can peddle their poison once again for their love of money and the disregard for human life. Lets stand together share our stories. We can not sit this one out.

All we need are your stories not money. Isn't it worth a few minutes of your time. If I'm wrong I'm wrong. But if I'm right and nobody tried. You can blame yourself for not putting up a fight. They have grouped it with fentynal and other dangerous research chemicals.

I agree with Ballz on this. A prelim review is very, very different.

Leaving a comment would be a good thing, but don’t freak out and think kratom is going to be banned. This will inside panic buying and people freaking out.

I always felt a little on the iffy side about leaving my story with these types of government agencies because the more you talk about how it helps you and what you use it for, the more it makes them want to ban it. They (as evidenced by their actions thus far, no speculation) DO NOT want you comfortable or out of pain and ESPECIALLY not euphoric!
Their whole "did I do that??" stance on opioids is all you need to see. You mean to tell me that it NEVER occurred to them that they were LITERAL drug dealers with the profits to match? Come on now! As as I've said in other contexts, if you're such a progressive thinker and so ahead of the curve, why are you still banning NATURAL SUBSTANCES? If that isn't bad enough for you, the only reason these things are banned is to have the monopoly on these substances. Besides that, there is something to AMERICAN TROOPS guarding the poppy fields, dontcha think? Like maybe the government and pharma...are ONE entity? Biden shilling the vax like it's going out of style adds more suspicion. I mean, whatever you think or don't think about it, it's still just a PRODUCT that just so happens to not work AT ALL. They ALL showed their hand with the vax issue, and it's only going to get worse.

Thanks Balz, you saved me further reading and panic. The good news is these days there's plenty of stuff to cause panic, worry, and fear.

that's a valid point. except... I'm positive they already know and there's plenty of stuff out there that opened their eyes. probably a long time ago and there is tons more every day. I'd love to see real numbers of how much profit they've already lost. that's gotta be one way they know already. it. has. to. be. and, as that number grows, the more they want to steal our lives and put them back into their greedy hands.

I'm not crazy about the idea of posting my own personal story publicly. I'm pretty private about all I've been going through the past four years with my health because I don't want to look like a complainer and not looking for sympathy... or pity. but I guess there are already enough bits and pieces of it out there that it's not exactly a secret. I'm also not crazy about everyone knowing I take kratom. because that would take too much precious energy to properly educate everyone. and then hope they actually read the research to begin with. but I'm thinking about it... educating my friends and family. I guarantee it could save at. least. one other life.

nothing to panic about at this point. but it definitely won't hurt to share our stories. there's likely to be thousands upon thousands... hundreds of thousands if we all do... and that will be impressive to say the least.

The FDA is asking for Public Comments on Kratom, along with 6 other substances.

5 of the substances, I'm not even going to mention. They are seen as dangerous drugs by most people.

The other 2, Kratom and Phenibut, the World Health Organization is asking for comments to see if they are even worth the time, money and energy required to do an Expert Critical Review.

In an Expert Critical Review, the World Health Organization looks at existing research into a substance, and will fund further research if it is needed. This process happens all of the time, with all types of substances. The WHO is asking for our input now.

This isn't necessarily a threat to Kratom. There has been a big change in the type of scientific research that is now available opposed to what was available in 2016. The Science is on our side.

So, What are we supposed to do? I'll explain.

Go to https://www.regulations.gov/document/FD ... -0739-0001 and select the button that says *Comment* . On the following page, write a respectful comment to the World Health Organization about Kratom and how it has helped you. You have 3500 available characters to type your comment.

*** In the section, “ What is your comment about?”, please select “ International Government - I0037.” ***

Next, you can attach files. The only files that would really help would be from a Doctor that says Kratom has helped you. If you have that, attach the file.

Next, enter your email address. This part is important in order to more easily track your comment.

Under the "Tell us about yourself " section, select *An Individual*

Then, fill in your contact information.

Do the Captcha thingy to prove that you aren't a robot, and then Submit your Comment.

Take a screenshot of the confirmation page. You will be given a tracking number on this page.

Back in 2016, it took roughly 24 hours for comments to show up on the registry. They don't update over the weekend, so it should be Monday or Tuesday when the comments posted this weekend show up.

In the email that the Registry sends you there will be a link to follow in order to track your comment a little easier.

So, thats where we are at. We have until August 9th to submit comments to the World Health Organization.

This is a picture of the procces of the WHO criminalizing substances. Balls is right. It is in pre review. After pre review, comes the critical review. The FDA knows they aren't winning at home. So they went to the WHO. One if the biggest reason the DEA didn't move forward was because of the public comment period. Besides the HHS director rescinding. What some people don't know right now is that the FDA lobbied about 6 other countries to pander to the WHO. They are going to take that into consideration. That doesn't look good. However part of this procces is en expert review. These are scientists. So we all know the science is on our side. But if you believe in corruption like I do, you wouldn't be surprised is the WHO is buddy buddy w the FDA. Please make sure you leave a comment. It takes 3 minutes. It can't hurt. Only helps. I agree w the sentiment that it's not time to start panick buying or anything. But wether we come together force them to hear our voices is completely up to us. It can only help.
