Kava and Kratom

I've been a daily kava drinker for a few years now and one thing I really like at night is the kava/kratom combo. On an empty stomach, it boosts the euphoria through the roof. I typically take my kratom about 1 1/2-2 hours before drinking the kava. Anyone else do this? Just curious...

I like Kratom way better than kava. Kava is a bitch to prepare right. But I still enjoy it. Mainly as a night cap

I like them together but I couldn’t drink kava everyday but that’s just me. I can take kratom almost everyday with no problems. I might try a kava extract because I get tired or preparing, and drinking the liquid also.

I love them. I've been using Kava since about 2006 and Kratom 2007 (my car accident on highway was in 2006, got rear ended, in pain daily till now)
I drank kava pretty heavy at times, recently for over a year after a bad breakup, like 120-150grams EVERY DAY! MY SKIN got very dry, like flaky lizard skin lol.
I cut back to around 60g a serving/session and not daily either at that amount.
But I do Regularly have a small bit close to daily, like 3-4 nice scoops in the evening, usually 1-2hrs after my Kratom aswell. Then a couple hrs later I have more kratom.
It really is a nice combination. Kavalactones in kava have a mild MAOI action (hense if you have 1cuo coffee with kava it = 2x the levels in blood and lasts longer , studies on this too, so cut your coffee in half if mixing imo.
Having said that, I think there is a similar action with Kratom, I usually lower my Kratom dose by a g or 2 if it's shortly after having kava.
I also microdose cannabis, which also goes well with it. I'm not big on cannabis like in highschool, but a couple puffs a day, usually before bed, playing video games or out walking in the forest is nice. Plus I work at a legal cannabis dispensory lol. But it's mainly for sleep.

I generally don't recommend micronized kava, but I do like and use kalmwithkava micronized loa Waka and it's pretty decent, easy and nice. Though I wouldn't have tone of it often. They do filter out alot of the fibers in theirs, but there still some so I try not to use it daily and get a bit of oddness in belly.
Soo easy though mix a couple scoops in water n soy milk and just drink around time of kratom. What I'ma do now.
Ohh for kava extract I highly recommend konakavafarm for their CO2 extract. But not really for their regular root. For that one of my favorites is Ofa's kava. Great kava! Tongan kava which I like.
