That's fuckin' ridiculous - What has BEA done, over the past year? They published a nice book, around 1 year ago.

I have not heard BEA's name mentioned even 1 time, in regard to the State by State battles it's always AKA, attorneys for AKA, putting out fires and contacting State legislators... The United group of Kelly Devine, has been active in TN and other states, but it's a very small group and mainly get the impression it's a charity for Kelly Devine

REMINDER: There WAS a bullshit scam group called National Kratom Coalition "NKC" that caused a negative impression in Congress, they went over & around AKC and directly contacted legislators - Result was kratom being shut-out in a key House Committee VOTE last year! These fools were totally contradicting the points & message sent by AKA reps!! Unbelievable!!!

Bottom Line - Support the AKA - American Kratom Association!

There's a lot of new people on r/kratom and it seems they are all panicking. I feel for them. I was like that during the ban scare of 2016.

Agree 100%! Only side effects I have ever had was some mild itching when I first started (no longer), and constipation. Some of the things these people come up with...sheesh!

Kratom is most certainly making my hair fall out. It's not coming out in clumps, but it's very noticeable. A co-worker has taken it upon herself to sticky roll the back of my shirt every morning.

I saw a list online of different side effects and I've noticied quite a few in myself. Increased urination, agitation (I have bi-polar disorder as well), possibly hair loss, and most definitely constipation. I take some magnesium supplement every other day to help with the poop probz though

I do find, though, that mag citrate (for example) does not work as well for intestinal motility as mag oxide, so the form of magnesium you take can make a difference as well. Mag oxide is not well absorbed, so it stays in the intestines and works more powerfully there, so that's the one I usually stick with.

I did not know that and maybe I'll give it a try. I've been taking mag citrate afternoon and night and Metamucil the same.

If you're already taking mag citrate 2x a day, I'd swap only one dose for mag oxide (substituting the night dose would probably work better in terms of timing the outcome) and keep one dose as mag citrate. That way you get the increased magnesium absorption of the mag citrate as well as the laxative benefits of the mag oxide.

One daily 500mg dose of mag oxide should do you fine, but try it out and adjust as necessary. If even that's too much, break it in half. TWO doses of mag oxide would probably have a far more profound effect than you might find convenient.
