constantly needing to sign in, won't take correct pw

Hey, I keep getting logged out instead of being able to go directly to a post i've been emailed about.

Then it won't take my password and i have to change it to something diff, and then it doesn't work. Only after I request to get the page to change pw, then it truely changes.

also my cookies keep getting reset for this site, can't tell what i read sometimes.

Seems like a device issue. What device and browser are you using?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Since nobody else is reporting this, it's most likely not a website bug. Sometimes I have this problem on my phone with some websites and a quick Sarafi cache clear usually does the trick.

I was thinking on this a bit more. Do you by any chance use a password manager?

no, i don't. also, you were right about clearing tracking, i did it twice, however my cookies got cleared out more than that often. i think perhaps i got the capitol one extension got added on, will check.

Still asking me to login every several times I hit the page. It's only affecting DoubleM.

If it's constantly asking you to sign in, it means your browser is somehow deleting the doublem cookie.

Try clearing all browser data associated with Double M, close your browser, and restart your device.

If your password is saved by the browser, try manually changing it to the correct password in settings. Sometimes when I change my passwords, my browser doesn't update them for some reason, but they can be manually changed.

Wish I could help more man, but unfortunately nobody else is reporting this error, so it's impossible for me to diagnose without looking at your device and browser settings.
