4 hours usually 2 teaspoons 4 times a day... Im now working on cutting back to one teaspoon with the help of grapefruit juice and black seed oil to potentate the lower dose when i first remove 1/4 teaspoon from the dose every few days.

6g every 4hrs. I dont sleep well so i do about 5 doses per day. 30g per day. I use it for chronic pain.

I never have weighed i just go off teaspoon measurements, but when i switch over from hard opiates in 2015 even a tablespoon barely took the edge off the withdraws still had rls, shitting myself, and couldnt sleep on a tablespoon back then for two weeks. Ive def found myself content with 2 teaspoons no matter what it weighs compared to where i was at. I am now tho trying to cut to one teaspoon slowly i removed 1/4 teaspoon yesterday for the full day and today kinda slept like shit tossing and turning but slowly cutting back again.

IDK if ill ever get the zoomies off .5-.8 like you but im gonna try after reading your reviews totomman so thanks!

2 times per day for me. I've crept into 3 times a day before and found that the 3rd dose is never worth it, especially since it hurt my tolerance. I don't take it for pain though.

Down to 1.75 teaspoon and it now hits like 2 teaspoons did a few days ago.... I'll probably cut to 1.5 teaspoon tomorrow! I've reset and took breaks many times, but this was a long one so thanks totomman

Welcome, something I tried yesterday from a suggestion from a friend, cut the dose in half, so take 1.75 in half (I don’t feel like doing math, lol) then once that fully hits, take the other half. So it’s still the same dose taken 45 minutes apart, it’s worth a try atleast. You might be surprised, the 1st half of .8 grams might even hit u

Ive been taking kratom for 4 or 5 years with a month or so break here and there. I dose 4 to 6 times a day depending on the quality of the kratom or the type of kratom i.e. extracts and what I'm doing at work. If I do a certain type of extract I can get my dose down to 2 or 3 a day but it's not a good idea to take extracts every day in my opinion.

I started feeling like crap, tired all of the time, stomach pain, lackluster complexion, so I did a fast taper. Now I'm at 2 grams twice, sometimes 3 times a day and feel so much better.

My experience is almost exactly the SAME - I started on head-shop Kratom in 2016 - and then in 2017, Reddit low prices, 20+ gpd.

By 2018 when Double MM started I was getting terrible Side Effects - Cut my gpd in half - But 10 gpd is still too much! 5 or Less is sustainable. 2g twice a day.

Hi Ballz! Those were the good ole days when you could buy a ticket for $5.00! I still like a good concert but I refuse to pay $250.00 to pad Ticketmasters pockets.

One good thing I've found about taking less kratom is it's a whole lot easier to take breaks or skip doses. When I was taking 25g a day I would get terrible restless legs when I tapered. Now it doesn't bother me nearly as much.
